Jun 21, 2012. By "waiting" mode I mean they are showing a download progress bar and have the word "waiting" overlaid. Tap on them, and they should change to Paused, then tap again to unpause.. It didn't even have my Apple ID in it.. With the latest update to Mountain Lion I am now able to fix the issue with ease.
